I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy and an External Affiliate of the Department of Economics at Georgia State University, where I received my Ph.D. in 2022.

My research examines how decentralized policy implementation shapes outcomes. I focus on the local actors and governments that determine whether broader policy goals are achieved or undermined.
